This lady aged 37 years consulted me for severe pains in knee joints ,intensity of pain is so much that she cannot sit for urination also because of her problems .

Since January on Euthyrox 75mcg, TSH was 100.

Laparoscopic colecystectomy (nausea and intolerance of fatty foods).

4.01.2013 Went to the Emergency Hospital with nausea, vomiting, pain on right side, stomac cramps. Blood and urine tests done, misdiagnosed UTI. Put on antibiotics (ciprafloxacine 500mg), took only one day, started vomiting again.
6.01.2013 Changed ciprofloxacine with norfloxacine 400mg, second day started vomiting green/brown matter.
Echography, found excess peritoneal fluid, hardened area.
CT scan, found tumour on colon.
Tumor removed, malignant but non-aggressive (G1). Since then on chemo (perfusions and citostatics).
Intubated during surgery and after for 2 days, developed a nodule on left side of throat, which becomes very cold even on drinking water at room temperature, since she started chemotherapy.
Dislikes: fats, fried foods, gravy thickened with flour, white beans, cooked onion; cloudy weather, high barometric pressure, feels like suffocating.
Likes: garlic; sun, heat, autumn.

Thirst: Not thirsty, drinks a bit more in the evening.
Sweat: not much, only sometimes after taking Euthyrox (heat waves) and when in big hurry.
Stools: about 5 per day (sometimes 7), all mostly in the morning, after she takes her medication, watery with soft bits floating in, yellow/brown and very offensive, like something rotten. Painful diarrhea, she has to hold right side where the surgery took place but she has pain also on the left side.
